Extremely upset by the service we have gotten with this company. We booked a vacation for last March, and it had to be postponed due to covid. This was a $6,000 usd vacation. Beatriz Velez is our agent. Now we are trying to either get our money back, or be able to go on our vacation, but she is not doing her job and contacting the hotels for us.
