It is pretty frustrating that almost every time that I doordash from Costa Vida in Bountiful my order is either wrong or missing something. My regular salad today had hardly any meat and it was half the size of what it usually is. I have emailed them before but they didn’t care enough to respond. Last time for me.
We’ve been coming to the Bountiful location for years. It’s really gone downhill. There’s nobody really running it anymore. Some teenage kids who have never been told they’re wrong. My salad was served on an ice cold tortilla because they hadn’t made any fresh ones. It was empty in there too, and 5 teens working! No excuse not to have hot tortillas ready. So unfortunate because I truly love Costa but this is now the second time that I have ordered pickup and gotten to the restaurant when they told me the food would be READY only to learn that they START preparing it at that time. The first one was a catering order and I had 25 people waiting 20 min for me. This has to be the WORST location ever, went in to grab a bite as I was starving from driving hours home from a road trip. They barley put any rice or meat and when I asked for smoothed he again barley added any cheese or sauce. Next the lettuce, they gave me 5 little pieces, 5!!!!!! spent 17$ on nachos and they gave me literally nothing but chips and melted cold cheese and a small portion of beef on the bottom. with only sour cream and jalapeno and guacamole ON THE SIDE in very small portions. I have a picture wish I could up load it to show everyone.... nasty and a very big water of my time amd money.... also got a cold burrito and a cold TINY enchilada!!!! never again

I love Costa Vida but cannot recommend eating there. I visited yesterday for lunch, and the young man that prepared my food was wearing his mask below his nose. It is my understanding that the mask needs to cover both the mouth and the nose in order to be effective against the spread of the corona virus.
Thanks Costa Vida for making my Christmas party a big hit! You really saved me and everyone loved it.
