Had a great experience getting an oil change today. John the technician was extremely nice, and calmly walked me through the process of getting my car serviced without ever leaving the safety of my vehicle. He informed me of how he scrubbed and sanitized his hands when writing a new mileage sticker, ran my credit card from my vehicle and also made sure to help me get the best coupon/deal of the day and sincerely thanked me for supporting their small business. Rafael was wonderful and helped us with our car problems! I brought in my car for an oil change and he let us know that the oil was over filled and very dirty and was explaining in detail about the issues that would cause the car and helped us out tremendously by draining it out and fixing the problem!
