Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Yes, they are patient with first-time mothers

Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help ... read more

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
