He’s terrible. Do NOT go to Dr. Costa! My nose looks horrible. I have severe scar tissue on the right of my nose & at the new “point” is a protruding bump. I will have to have this bump removed, but not by Mr. Costa. He already Costa-d me $8000 cash. I will NEVER TRUST a guy like this again. Do not go to this guy. You will end up having to go to another surgeon just to have Dr. Costa’s failures fixed.
I had surgery in December 2016. Dr Costa did the procedure. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. The entire staff were super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Costa. Very very happy with the procedure and after results.
He was the best! Loved the staff and I loved my nose. All very professional
Post op suite is filthy. Ended up with infection resulting in permanent discoloration after a year. Too scared to go back to have him fix it. Very nice prior to surgery, abrasive follow up, lies about recovery and healing time frame. Very egotistical.
