It's great food & atmosphere
I had lunch with 3 of my girlfriends yesterday at Costa Azul. It was a flawless Coronado day and we sat socially distanced on their outside deck. Margaritas were great, our Spinach Salad with Shrimp and also the Caesar Salad with shrimp were DEELICIOUS!! And to top it off, Juan, our waiter, who had worked for 30 ( I believe) years at the now closed Primavera Restaurant in Coronado, was perfect!! Thanks Costa Azul owner Brant Sarber!! We will soon be back!

I live on the island. My daughter and I just went to Costa Azul! The hostess was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. When I would ask a question she would roll her eyes. I come to happy hour here on a regular basis and wanted to show my daughter the restaurant since she’s in town. FYI- happy hour doesn’t occur on the patio! After this experience, I wouldn’t recommend if that is how customers are treated!
Brant I swung by today and had the Nado Burrito, half and half. Needless to say it was delicious. I did a nice review in the CH group. But since I was on the clock today I did not have a beverage.
Great location. Good food and drinks!
