We made an appointment for my son at 12:05. Checked in and told the person in the front that we would see any stylist who was available next since we were from out of town. Waited 30 minutes past our original scheduled time to be only bypassed by another customer who arrived after we did. The customer who arrived after us was seated within 5 minutes of her arrival. No acknowledgement that we were there waiting the whole time. We decided it wasn’t worth the wait. They appear to mostly cater to their usual customers.
As a working parent getting, every time I come to get my child’s haircut I rush over at 5pm because they close at 6pm and every time all but one of their employees has already left for the day.
I got my haircut and I love it I will be going back in about 2 weeks to get it cut again
Lady that cut his hair left one sideburn long and the other sideburn was cut. His things were uneven and she did an overall poor poor job.
Great experience as always.
