I’ve been using the Streato, Illinois salon service for over 4 years. But ever since they changed managers with young girls it’s lacking professionalism. I had an appointment at 10 am I walked in at 10:05 The stylist took in another customer that had just walked in ahead of me. The stylist tells me that I’m late therefore, I would have to wait 30-40 minutes. The young man ahead of me wasn’t even in a chair yet. I told her I had an appointment It didn’t make any difference. This place is really good i got the pleasure of getting my haircut by Mary she is so awesome! She is really down to earth and understands my questions and concerns when it came to my hair&beard definitely coming back!
