Very dissatisfied with haircut. I specifically told the girl (Maria) how to cut my hair but she did what she wanted or she really did not know how to cut hair. I have worked full time cutting hair for over 20 years but did not tell her that. I explained how to cut my hair exactly, precisely and it is a chopped up mess. Dont go to this Cost Cutters. They do not know what they are doing. They are not worth a rating.
KELLY IS THE BEST! She is the only one I will go to! Great with color and haircuts! Go to her if you want someone to really listen to your wants and needs.
