Extremely friendly, was my first time at a hair salon and I have bad anxiety but they made me feel welcome I wish I got the name of the girl that did my hair definitely gonna keep going there
Showed the girl a picture of how in I wanted my eye brows … the whole time she was waxing never apoke… she then showed me when she was done I asked her if she could make then thinner and she paused and she was like I will have to pluck them …like it was a bother … today is my birthday I wanted what I wanted she couldn’t do it without seeming as it was a bother so I won’t be back there and she got no tip
I absolutely hate my hair... I waited 30 mins to start, spent over 4 hours there.. and my hair looks awful. The roots are a blackish color, the highlights are patchy and are brown, not even remotely blonde.. which she kept saying they were "Carmel". After 4 hours, and 240 plus dollars later which was not even remotely discussed, I have to go pay someone else now to fix this.
