After visiting the Cost Cutters location on Slaughter Lane, I am the hat-wearing owner of the Worst Haircut Ever. To be fair, I've had decent haircuts here before. This time the stylist paid no attention to what I said I wanted, and got in a hurry when the place got busy, actually told me she had to hurry and then simply stopped and said it was done.
