We have been to cost cutters several times. The first time was a disaster. They wanted to take their walk ins before our appointment we made. And the chick working there was completely rude about it. They offered us a free cut and style after my complaint. We came in and saw Maria who did an awesome job! If you need a great cut and style see a lady name NORAH the manager at costcutter in katy texas, I swear shes great I was so nervous at first because how inexpensive the cost, but this lady is awesome, she will be gone when I return that is the luck I have had with these places never the same hairdressers im just in awe about my hair had to let the world know
