My son got THE worst haircut ever and right before school starts. There’s no way to fix it. That lady with the purple hair, stay away from her.

Went and got a Perm done, left feeling good but he next day it just frizzed out and I went back and showed the owner. She said “oh my girl did it wrong I’ll fix it for you myself In 4 weeks so the chemical can get out of your hair”. Okay no prob. I go back and the girl that originally did my hair is there. They both start messing with it looking and then she tells me that “oh my girl did it right it’s juts your hair won’t hold a perm” so they wet my hair and put product in it and then say it’s fixed pretty much. I have been going to Cost Cutters for a few years now and have always been very happy with their service. I suggest going to see Jennifer there she is very nice and very good. Mrs. Lee is great as well.
The man taunted my son for being afraid of clippers. He purposely turned on a hair dryer to scare him and cut his hair extremely unevenly. Never returning.
We went there today for my sons' first haircut. Vinh did a wonderful job! He even played cartoons for my son to watch during the haircut. They also gave him a My First Haircut card with a lock of his hair In it. Great service and a great price!
