I received the worst hair cut of my life a little over a month ago from Tatiana at Cost Cutters located in Belvidere Walmart. It's uneven, it's choppy, it's completely unmanageable. And all I can do it wait for it to grow out. It has been a very painful 5 1/2 weeks. Do not go to Tatiana. She needs some serious retraining. I can provide pictures if you would like. My husband and I came in the other night to both get a haircut. Had our hair done by Monica. We had gotten there 2 hours before closing but she seemed in such a rush she botched both of our hairs. All he had was a simple shave but since she was in such a rush she missed many spots on his head. My hair is completely uneven. We now have to pay to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I had long curly hair and I went in to get a shoulder length cut with long layers but I walked out with really short (a little passed my ears) uneven cut. The girl that did my hair must have been new and she was the only one there at the time. I am really disappointed but it's hair and once it's cut there is nothing you can do. Just be aware of who cuts your hair.
