Annette is amazing! Always willing to have fun doing my crazy color ideas and is a pleasure to work with. She’s extremely professional, one of a kind hair dresser that Cost Cutters is lucky to have. Whenever I’m in Phoenix and need a cut/color, I always look to see her first.
40 minutes waiting for my husband to get his haircut. The Dumbass hairdresser took 35 minutes to do 2 clipper cuts. The other broad had a family of 3 girls she was cutting hair for. Only the oldest girl was behaved. Felt bad for her. Only 2 people cutting hair on a Friday afternoon. I understand people make appointments but Damn making someone wait 40 minutes for a trim. This is why I go to Great Clips. Much better customer service and better haircuts
I have been going there about 10 years. Love that they do an awesome job at a reasonable price. Sam is awesome at color! The stylists have been there a long time and become like family. 😍😘💋❤️
