Very disappointed. Booked a appointment online April 8th for 11:15am I showed up and she had no clue about my appointment so I showed her a confirmation email and she said sorry I can’t take you so I rescheduled for April 9th at 11:30am and once again my appointment was cancelled. It’s bullshit that I had to pay a babysitter twice to watch my kids for two hair appointments that were canceled. If you can’t took online booking take it off your website. If I could put zero stars I would very upset.
