Over a week ago I went to Cost Cutters in Walmart in Valparaiso because I needed a fast haircut....well let me say that the Butcher did just that I've notified Cost Cutters several times and has always been told the Guest Service will contact me it has been over a week and nothing please do not go there. I went back 4 times to talk to someone different yet the Butcher was the only one there and guess what...shes the Manager as she says.Walmart Super Center
