I met the manager Kathy today from the lake mills store and she seems like a great manager and very nice and I'm sure she runs a great staff!
Great salon and the staff are so sweet! I love getting in for a cut and color and my daughter loves getting her haircut at the same time!

If there were zero stars I would choose it. The stylist took off about 6 inches more than I wanted. Then proceeded to blame communication?! Just an absolutely horrific experience!!! (Columbus, WI)

I really like our local cost cutters in Verona and the Madison area. Friendly service and good value. Know what you want before getting a haircut. You need to communicate with your stylist beforehand. I have always had good haircuts and good service. My favorites are the Mckee rd and Verona locations. Ask for Olivia in Verona.

Went there today for the first time. The stylist spent 5 minutes on me. It was a real hack job. I think I'll look elsewhere next time.
