I was just here to get my kids hair cut. My daughter wanted an inverted bob. I have no idea what it ended up being other than a hot mess. It looks terrible. There’s no flow, no blending, a random chunk of hair...my girlfriend called since I was too upset to deal with it. Absolutely horrible haircut! I would give you my 'stylists' name but she didn't introduce herself or have a name tag on. So a description will have to suffice- Asian with a tat on left forearm. She did not converse other than how I wanted my haircut, which I described to her. Not another word said untill, that's it all done. She took the cape off, I told her it wasn't short enough on the sides, after a big sigh, she said "really?" She didn't even put the cape back on and just used the clippers. Not a great cut the first time (maybe 1 star). I called, let the manager know I wasn't happy with the cut. She got me in immediately and fixed it. She did a fantastic job (5 stars). Average of both cuts is a 3. Very friendly staff.
I had my hair cut today and my stylist was Jen. She did a very good job and was very pleasant to work with. Jen seems to love what she does and it shows. Thank you.
Got a spiral perm and layers like i asked for. Emily did a great job !!
