Horrible customer service! My 13 year old son went in and asked to keep it longer on top with just a trim and buzzed on the sides and back. The stylist buzz cut all his hair. My son was crying when he got home and didn’t want to go to school! She never even apologized. They charged me $16.99 and refused to refund any of it!

I so wanted to like my haircut!! Unfortunately, that wasn't the case...I wish I could share the picture of my haircut. It's supposed to be stacked and blended really nice in the back, but instead there is no blend just a definite line right at my occipital bone area. Tanning beds are always clean & the staff is very friendly and helpful.
They were 30 minutes off on my wait time and barely acknowledged me or gave me an update that they were behind. Very poor customer service.
Had to go somewhere else ro have my hair fixed. The kid must of been fresh out of cosmatology school. Or a freshman at one.
