I took my toddler daughter for her first hair cut without realizing how *not* combed through her long baby curls were. Our stylist was so kind and slow to keep her happy. I was very impressed! Plus the hair cut looked like a million bucks! Double win! :)
Was terrible, they lie about the wait time to everybody. When I got there, a man was already complaining and now I can clearly see why. Forgot who cut my hair but she was rude and didn’t listen to what I wanted done very well and literally butchered my hair, like it’s a pretty rough cut I tell ya. She also yanked my head around through the cut and than followed that up by squirting me in the eye with the water 🤷🏼♂️ Onalaska Walmart cost cutter definitely a no go
I went here on a whim to see what they could do to fix another salons color mishap. They got me in as soon as I got there. Fixed the color and gave me a little trim and style at no extra cost! It look so good and I was please with how quick she was! Sarah was my hair dresser! I am definitely coming back to her!
The worst haircut ever. Never never in my life I cried in a salon but today was the day.Unfortunately can't attach the picture but believe me my cut is ugly. Firs lady made a terrible job, made me look like a homeless sick dog, the second lady corrected the cut but after I washed my hair at home I saw that one side is shorter than the other, both ladies don't have an idea what a straight line is, some wired layers. I was so excited for my haircut but it's just UGLY and already too short to correct it again. Many tears today.
Service itself was friendly enough, my hair cut was in no way, shape or form close to what I asked for. My hair is now so short the only way to fix it would be a buzz cut which will not be happening. All in all very unhappy.
