So I have been trying to go there all week. They were closed for training. Ok glad they are getting up to date training. The sign said would be open on Thursday. I showed up there around 1:35. So I went in and was met at the door. The lady asked me if I had appointment. I said no I never call in for one. Usually walk in and get a hair cut. She told me they are booked for the rest of the day. I looked around and saw one other stylist collecting for their hair appointment. I was here Friday night for a simple trim & my hair was cut so poorly I need to get it fixed because it is noticeably uneven. I don’t want to go back because I’m scared they will mess it up again

Well for starters the website says they open at 10. But in reality they didn't open until noon. the staff come running in at noon looking like strippers that just got off of work. its 12:15 and they still haven't taken one of their first five customers back.... Terrible service
There page says open till 5 but the stylist tonight said open till 4. Got there at 350 and she stated they aren't accepting customers anymore today. On Friday was told they weren't accepting customers because they were dying hair. Must not need the business.
