I can't stand getting my hair cut.. my hair was almost down to my butt.. I figured it was time to get a cut.. Kailyn did an amazing job I even put layers in it.. I freak out when I get my hair cut and I absolutely love what she did.. I'll be back

Went in for a trim, said I didn't want to be too short, evidently Kailyn was hard of hearing and had vision problems viewing the picture I brought in. I worked for Cost Cutters for many years and thought I was safe because of the extensive training they recieve, obviously things have changed because I came out with a mans haircut.
