I have been trying to reach the monument cost cutters for a while now and every time I call, no one answers. Finally this morning after 10am I reached "the manager" who was very difficult to understand. The first two dates I wanted to schedule an appointment she stated, "I am the only person working at this location and both of those dates I am off" .. The old management was awesome. This was my first time going back after they are under new management. The lady was super polite to the man before me and to me...until I presented the coupon that her management mailed to my house. Then she was outright rude. She didn't cut my hair right, argued with me about what I wanted, and even insulted me when I told her that I had a friend color my hair because I can't afford to go to a professional salon...she made that "tsssk" noise. Online appointments were convenient and easy to make. Unfortunately they were short staffed, so the wait was longer than expected. However, the staff were friendly and did a decent job.
Made an appointment online. Received email confirmation of said appointment. Went to the business on the day and time - it was not open. Hours on door said it should be open - but door was locked, place was dark. Tried calling - no answer, no way to leave a message. Now reading other reviews, this is not a new issue. Why have you not fixed it?
