Poor quality. No standard pricing. I paid $118 - $126 at the ****** ** location of ************ and for the same service ***** ** quoted me $299. I was told the ****** Salon mispriced me. Then I was told by the stylist at the ****** location that she discounted me - Sure - almost a $200 discount! Do not think so. I found another salon in the area that quoted me $145 including the cut which the above pricing at Holiday Hair does not include. Holiday Hair Salons recently had my hair highlighted in one of their salons! Advised me upfront on cost, what I didnt know they are about 90$ over the average cost in Lancaster county!!! Never again go to the small independent salons

Before advertising gift certificates to purchase online, this company should be clear as to which salons it can be used at. I am starting to believe I wasted money for a Mothers Day gift for my mom she will not be able to use. It is so disheartening she was so excited to get hair colored to find out that was not an option.

Gift cards are no longer accepted anywhere that is listed on the back of the gift card. Getting Regis to reply or get a straight answer is next to impossible. Very frustrated. BEWARE!!

I've been in SmartStyle in Walmart, Galax, VA. four or five times. "Savannah" that manages the store cut my hair. When I sat in the chair and brought to her attention the fact that one of my bangs is looped up like a dog year and can she have it lay down like the other side. That was all it took. She must have been having a bad day. She trashed my hair, which is no big deal it grows back. Then proceeded to take the electric trimmers and drove into my neck five times. Not to shave my neck. My husband purchased a $250 egift card off of SmartStyle's website for me for Valentine's Day. We went to the Franklin, TN location located inside Walmart, Friday, February 12, 2021 around 1:30pm. I got a "piggyback" perm or double perm. We asked beforehand how much it would cost and was told $120-$130. We agreed to price and mentioned we had a gift card and was told that was fine. Without a phone number, you cannot receive service. I could not get an eyebrow wax because I do not have a phone. I showed the stylist waiting on me that I had cash and she said that I cannot get service without a phone. I asked to speak with the salon manager and was told “good luck with that.”
