We had 2 appointments for today, one after the other at 10O'Clock. There were a few walk-ins waiting at the door, but didn't give it much thought since we had the appointment. In the short amount of time it took us to get out of our truck and get in the door, the girl who we had the appointment with already had one of the walk-ins in her chair and had started cutting their hair. I made an appointment as I was pressed for time, and after I showed up they sat 2 walk-ins after I showed up, apparently appointments mean nothing to this crew. Just tell me you don't do appointments. I was on time so should have you been.
