Not professional when answering the phone. Had to ask if it was cost cutters. Ended up with two cuts on the back of my neck from the clippers.
well they charged me $150 to get blue/green out of my hair & 11 days later it's back. couldn't get a refund or it redyed. very disappointed that I spent so much when I couldve just went to Walmart & spent $20 every 2 weeks dying my hair 🤬🤬🖕🖕

Rude as soon as you walk in. Hacked my son's hair and then argued with me in front of customers saying it was my fault. Has no idea what a fade is she just kept cutting shorter and shorter. Looks awful and even cut his neck. Do not go here!!!
I arrived right at opening time and was taken care of right away. I am donating the braid of hair to Locks of Love and Maria took great care of getting it in a braid so it fit better into the storage bag I brought to put it in. She then graciously took a before and a few after pictures for me to share. Then gave me a fabulous cut! I will be returning there next month to get my hair colored. 😀. Very pleased with service and my haircut!
Very friendly and very professional and very helpful
Everytime I go in there, I am greeted with a smile and friendliness. The place is always clean and everyone is quick with a joke to break the ice and add to the experience. Stefanie always takes care of me and doesn't let me walk out unless I am looking like a million bucks (so she truly is an artist). Thank you to the employees for making a haircut a great experience again!
