The only person in the place was the styles, I was told I couldn't get a 10 minuet trim till next week.😕
We've been here a couple times and our hair has been messed up both times. The stylists seem inexperienced and don't seem to know how to cut curly hair.
They did a horrible job trimming my fiancé’s beard! It was completely uneven, they also took off much more than what he wanted. Now he has to shave it completely because of how badly it was messed up.
Dropped my 16 yr old daughter in for a layer, trim, and to give her bangs again, and she looks like she walked off the set of Dumb and Dumber. There are NO layers, and both the trim in the back and the new bangs are SO uneven, it looks like a kindergartener got ahold of a pair of scissors! I could have done this crap job at home! $18.99 plus tip, mind you, because she didn't know how bad it was until she got back in the car. Never again!
RecommendedMy daughter received an awful haircut this morning at a different salon- we went into Cost Cutters to have it fixed and Emma did a great job! She was very kind to my 8 year old and very knowledgeable in regards to fixing her hair. Never again will I make the mistake of going to another salon out of convenience.. Thanks, Emma!
Yesterday I took my 9 year old son here to get his haircut. . He has ADHD and OCD .. he can't stand the thought or feel of the Lil hairs.. I told the lady and she said ok I got this.. she did an amazing job with him! She continued to talk to him the whole time and I think that helped keep his mind off of it.. I didn't get her name but she said she usually works n Ankeny or something.. but I want to say THANK YOU from a parent who honestly hates taking him bc ppl don't understand me about him. :)
