Wow the address is right nothing wrong there I went in for a perm on Saturday the 15th and I told them what I wanted and was given a suggestion to something different was shown pictures of what my hair would look like It turned out wonderfully Patty put my hair in cornrows and put perm solution on the braids My hair looks great and it's not frizzy at all People were coming in asking what she was doing and I think she got a few ladies that may want it after seeing my finished do Maybe my one great do may not change your mind ... read more

Maybe the faulty address is a means of avoiding any confrontation of the awful service received? Or maybe just another example of the staffs' incompetence? First off, I'm aware that cost cutters is a franchise primarily focused on cheap and afforable haircuts at the expense of (some) quality. This is down right deplorable though. I wear my hair in an undercut, extremely long top and sides/back cut to about 1/8. First time I went in was a week day sometime close to right before 5.
