When a customer comes in knowing exactly what they want with their hair, gives you exact guard lengths and exactly how much they want taken off; it is not your job to do what you want to do and not listen to them. it’s your job to provide guidelines customer service and give the customer what they are there paying for. Poor experience. we will not be returning.
