Emily gave me the worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life! I asked for a layered Bob and had specific pictures to make sure she knew what I wanted. She went right to work butchering the back of my head, cutting it so short that it's not even 1/2 an inch long back there. Then she insisted on that horrible wedge look for the front, pretty much opposite of what I asked for. Was in here with a friend at one time, and EMILY JAMES (asked a co-worker for her full name) was being so nasty to my friend! Was pulling her hair, wasn't answering her questions, and didn't give her the cut she wanted - maybe because she was in a bad mood? Either way, my friend shouldn't have been treated this way. Ever.
I've been coming here for years. Initially I came here because of the convenience. They're open when I need them, and I don't have to schedule an appointment to drop in for a quick cut. Now I go to Cost Cutters in Spearfish because I enjoy the atmosphere and the ladies that cut my hair. They are nice to my son, who also gets his hair cut here, and they never seem bothered by him hanging out while I have mine done. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
