Love working for an amazing company
I went in today. I asked for layers. I asked if they could style. there were two stylists just sitting. The young girl cutting my hair did not speak to me and kept looking all over the place as she cut my hair. she divides my hair to do the sections. then she spun me around and handed me the mirror to view the layers which took her 10 min to do. she did not even inspection my hair so I looked like a mess. then she says you don't like it. well I expect to go in and get my hair cut and not look worse. at least comb my hair bac... read more
my son received the worst haircut ever there! His bangs were not even close to being straight. I asked for a trim and she thought she was being cute (or something) and she cut his hair down to almost a 1/2 inch. My 15 year old left in tears!! If there was a lower rating they would get it!

Sent my grandson to get a hair cut at cost cutters today and I didn't go he is deaf and the girl that cut his hair didn't go by the instructions that was on his notes on how to cut his hair I'm really disappointed in cost cutters they gave him a buzz cut instead of going by his notes on how to cut his hair I will be there tomorrow and let them know
Friend got the worst cut I've ever seen. It will take months to fix what was done
