Had an appt, got a young lady Natasha. Agreed on a short feathered look. Did not get anything even looking like feathered or short. I even asked for shorter. Cut mm off instead of inches. Disappointed and COST me more money. Didn't COST CUT anything!!!!
Worst service ever , a rude girl working there embarrassed my 11 year old girl telling her that she can't cut her hair because she was infected with nit and louse yelling it in front of all customers , took my girl for a check up and was 000 (zero) nit and louse ,this was so driscriminatory and said false comments hurting my daughter feelings!
My cut was fine and my stylist was nice and knowledgeable. I bought a $48.99 kit for thinning hair only to get home and find one of the bottles missing. I called and the girl said she would have noticed if the box was lighter. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she personally checks every box and they were all there then. I am so upset, I can't prove that it wasn't in the box (they can't prove that it was) but I thought good customer service would be a priority. I used to be able to come here and get half ass service at cheaper prices no you get half ass service at high prices. Go to Master Cuts they take pride in their work.
Got a haircut today and it was a smooth transaction and the girls complimented my motorcycle and we had some good laughs. One of them even wanted a ride. I would have totally given her one because she was so nice and polite. Great bunch of girls and good, quick haircuts.
