Today was my third time making a reservation at Cost Cutters and I still haven't got a haircut. The first time I made a reservation they were not open they told me the woman that was supposed to work didn't come in. I gave them another chance and made another reservation and when I got there they didn't have it and they were all booked up. My girlfriend went there and she had the worst experience ever. She wanted a few highlights and the lady dyed her whole head blonde and there were so many "bleed marks". She put foils and then lifted the foils up and painted on chunks of bleach on the hair that was not in foils . She hurt her head a lot when she was washing it and she had to put toner in her hair more than once and it still looks orange.
