I got my hair done. Never which they told us about a $4.00 Sanitation Surcharge. If I would of know that, I probably wouldn't of tipped $4.00 and did half that about. This is absurd and ridiculous. I probably won't be going here for a while until they cut that surcharge away! My friend a hair stylist from Watertown, NY said this is absurd. Shouldn't be costing per customer this amount for sanitation. At least tell your customers about this charge as it's hidden! I didn't get my stylists name but she did exactly what I asked for. most stylists do what ever they want and not what the client asks for. I'm very happy with my cut!!
Loved how my hair turned out
I think it's HORRIBLY mismanaged. The blond that works there is the worst! She said they don't take appointments for cuts yet one of her obvious regulars came in after us, got a cut, and left. Then we waited another 20 minutes for someone to get off break. Get it together.
My daughter and I ALWAYS HAVE HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE. We love the girls they are FANTASTIC
Love the girls there, kayleigh is the best...she is always so polite.
The girls did a FABULOUS job on my grandaughter hair. She loved it.
