I have been going here for 3 years I always have a new person and they always do a good job, until today. Courtney cut my son's (21 months) hair yesterday. Today she was again the only one working, I just wanted layers and my face framed... well she took atleast 3 inches off... and it looks so choppy and uneven. do not let janelle cut your hair!! she was recommended to me by a guy friend so i went to her and when i asked her to trim my bangs into a side sweep, she cut ALL OF MY BANGS OFF straight across! i haven't cried over a hair cut in a long time but i've been crying since i got it done a couple hours ago. i even went back asking for a refund and she REFUSED to give me one and hid in the closet the entire time i was there (i had to talk to a different coworker who kept relaying messages for me - and janelle is the MANAGER!) comp... read more
Not to happy. I guess you get what you pay for. I went in for trim and got a full fleege military style cut. I have finally learned. Never again.
I wish I got your name, but she was busy busy and did a super-great job on my son's hair today, and she was nice. I hope we didn't seem like we were in a hurry. It seems like that vibe happens, but no worries. Great!
Worst experience ever we had an appt at 4pm and the two only hairstylists in the building are dying the other ones hair are you kidding me
