Worst haircut expierece. I stated I like my washed no problem. I stated I the the length cut wet but the layers cut dry. (Been doing this for 8 years multiple places). She told me it cost extra to blow dry I said I'm fine paying that. She then told me she would not cut my layers dry but would texture it dry because she said in 18 years shes never heard of that. My boyfriend went there to get his hair cut since we have a wedding to go to in a few weeks. The young woman who cut his hair did a horrible job. He gave her a photo with specific instructions and she didn't do what he asked. She basically gave him an uneven bowl cut. Half of his bangs are an inch shorter then the center of his face, then instead of framing his face its choppy like a child cut his hair. I am highly furious with how my hair was cut tonight. I gave the stylist a photo on how I wanted my hair cut. Instead she just butchered it. My hair now is highly uneven and hard to look at. I have a wedding I have to go in a few weeks. I can’t even style it now. It’s butchered!!!! I will be going in and complaining to management because my hair is absolutely hideous now!! Very disappointed in my last perm. Perm is out of hair in many areas. I could tell that it was not done right when the solution was put on she did not pay attention to each roller..She rinsed it out quickly and put in the neutralizer and again did not get every roller in the back.This is where it is frizzy. I am very sad because never had such a poor experience.This was new hair after chemo 3 years ago was in great condition except the ends and now it is in such poor condition and very hard to comb through.Basically it was o... read more

Showed up 20 minutes before closing today and was told too bad so sad we’re not taking any new walk ups. No one ahead of me, just a young mouthy blonde saying come back another day....well I’m not coming back and will make sure anyone I know doesn’t as well, way to teach your staff to respect potential clients and push away business!
Alex did a great job on my son's hair! The cut looks amazing! She also had great customer service! Super clean! Will be back!
