I have been to this salon for many years. The customer service has really declined. We had a terrible experience. Therefore will never return.
Ruth is the best! :) She listens to what you are thinking and needing/wanting with your hair and helps you get the best cut or style that works best for you and your hairstyle/health! I have known her for at least 6 or so years now! Keep up the great work!
Horrible customer service. I didn't even have the door open all the way with my son she barked "we're closed" they supposedly close at 5 it was 4:40 still 20 minutes until closing. Perhaps some interpersonal communication classes would be handy. If you don't like people nor think customer service is important maybe you should seek different employment. 2nd time I have had this kind of service from this place.
I get to town very seldom...I made it today about 20 min before closing...I come here atleast once a month with myself and up to 4 kids. If you know what you are doing, an eyebrow wax would take 10 minutes. I come in and said I need a brow wax...all I get was, "we already took our last appt" and the gal walks away. To me, as a business manager, money is money. Pretty disappointed.
Today I took my three year old with Down Syndrome to get a haircut. I came in and asked if they had openings. I also asked if someone would be willing to cut his hair because he didn't like it and screamed and was scared. Ruth immediately said she would do it. What an angel she is. She talked to T in the sweetest voice telling him how handsome he was and what a big boy he was while he screamed at the top of his lungs and threw his head around.
