Unable to redeem gift card - would not have purchased expensive items if I was buying with cash. Frustrated that I will have to make another special trip from 3 1/2 hours away to see if they can redeem a gift card that a family member paid $100 for. Olive oil is old - from 2017 harvest or earlier. Charcuterie selection is pretty poor - lots of stuff you could find at a decent supermarket - at 1/2 the price.
Great experience. It’s packed but there’s plenty of room for seating. Did a little shopping in the market and the dessert room. Everything was delicious!!
since when did asking for extra meat and cheese become such an issue? What ever happened to customer service? After all its loyal customers that keep a business going. And now all of a sudden our money isn't good enough! shame on you Cossettas. ill never patronize this establishment again!
Food is good, a little pricy but not out of line. The experience is unique and the parking is great. The customer service and mgmt is less than good. Lots of reasons why they can’t, bad attitudes, and excuses. Disappointing because I do enjoy the food and atmosphere but I do not feel that they appreciate my business so I will give it to someone who does.
I had a bowl of a great cup of mushroom and beef stew! Great place to go!
