After my father’s sudden passing I was so confused what to do for the estate and to ensure everything was done correctly and to make sure I had someone watching out for me and my siblings. Consulted with Mr. Cosner around 2013-2015. I owed the IRS a large sum of money and he said that you can't wipe it out via bankruptcy similar to a student loan. After a 2nd opinion from a bankruptcy attorney, Cosner was wrong. I can't fathom how he taught tax law in NJ.
My initial free consultation with Staci’s junior associate Ann Marie was very professional, courteous, and informative. However,when I called for a follow up question about paying the first part of the retainer l, I spoke with Staci, the top lawyer.
