Helped us close on a condo and really came through for us in a pinch when things were getting tricky and deadlines were approaching. They take took care of everything and put us at ease. Very communicative and helpful - would recommend for new home buyers!

Consulted with Mr. Cosner around 2013-2015. I owed the IRS a large sum of money and he said that you can't wipe it out via bankruptcy similar to a student loan. After a 2nd opinion from a bankruptcy attorney, Cosner was wrong. I can't fathom how he taught tax law in NJ.
