I recently moved to Richmond and have had a tough time finding someone that does a good job on my hair. I have been to this salon a few times now and everyone was great. Recently, I had my hair colored here and I must have caught the stylist on a bad day because it did not turn out well... However, the salon was very professional and eager to fix my hair for me with no additional charge, and Kelsey made me feel 1000% better! I highly recommend Kelsey and this salon!

Michelle is always booked pretty far in advance, but she is an amazing colorist and well worth waiting for.
I would not let anyone besides Nicole touch my eyebrows, ever!! She does a phenomenal job and is very meticulous about her work. She takes the time to look at your face and decide what would look the very best for YOU. Today I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted as well as eyebrow waxing. I am beyond satisfied with the results. The receptionist is also always very kind and polite when I come in.
Misty did bridal hair and makeup for my wedding and did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job on all of us- we all felt fabulous! Our hair and makeup held wonderfully as she promised- I even kept my hair styled a second day and it stayed looking great, even after having been slept on. Misty was a lot of fun to work with and really knew her stuff to make us look our best.
