Bad customer service my wife ordered a pizza and instead of giving her what she order they gave her something different and when I called about it the guy said i know but I took something off the price but instead of letting her know he made a mistake with the order and gave her what she ordered why should someone else pay for his mistake also the manager didn't try to make it right when I spoke to him

Cosmo's is a great pizzaria! The restaurant is family owned and "Mrs. Cosmo" reminds me of many of my Italian family members. The atmosphere is typical of a New York pizza joint. Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic poweder and parmesan cheese at every table. The pizza is fresh, hot and the crust is just that, crust. Not the bready bottom of "pizza" sold by chain pizza places. Well my hubby and I tried this little pizza joint and we were really disapointed. We got the large deep dish pizza.. I have to say it was one of the yucky most un pleasant things ive ever tried. The crust was so very dry and the toppings were greasy and dreadfull . I won't be going back here ever..
