What Ms. Kate M an other 1 start raters said is completely true.This guy George is definitely a nasty person that should not be allowed to manage any association. Very ,very UN-educated , UN-professional and Abusive .(Even with those that pay on time and follow condo regulations.)
Must of people talking bad about this company is either they owe money to associations or they don't agree to the associations regulation,I think these people work hard to get our condominium in a good shape and to raise the value to our properties Rick Dabalsa
Worst experience ever, Jorge has 19 complaints filed against him with the state of Florida , were he has been found to be in the wrong, thus far. He has 2-more pending complaints. He breaks the law, and does not follow the rules. The state knows him well, if you feel that something is not right with there service , go to Myfloridalicense.com and follow the instructions on filing a complaint for a Community Association Manager. This association is horrible. The girl at the front desk has a nasty attitude and all they do is yell at you when you're trying to resolve your problems. When you try to reach the manager he never answers the phone and doesn't return your calls.
