Sue is the best!!! She has been my go-to hair specialist for the last 2.5 years. She is super easy to talk to, detail oriented, she does very thorough and excellent job She helps me choose colour and style, and it turns out lovely every time Sue is kind and such a good listener too! Thank you for making my hair look so beautiful, Sue, I can hardly wait for our next session!

I can’t recommend Sue enough! I’ve been getting highlights/balayage from her for awhile. She’s extremely dedicated and you can tell she wants the best possible result. She always makes sure to involve me in every step of the way, getting my opinion on what I want and keeping me informed on everything. She’s also very easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease the whole time. She has the best music recommendations too! I always leave with my hair feeling bright and fresh and cared for.

This was my first time at Cosmos and I had an amazing experience. I had a very specific hairstyle in mind and Kate delivered. I showed her some inspiration pictures of the bob haircut I wanted. You can tell she understands hair and cut it to the perfect length. She styled it and gave me helpful styling tips too. I will be back!
