We were very pleased with our extensive house rewiring, many pot lights removed/replaced & new panel installation in a 1903,4 storey home. John adhered to his original quote even though complications arose. All employees were professional & competent. Delays occured but unavoidable. Would highly recommend!! Rudolf Kurz
Don't bring your business here! I had Cosmos install some pot light and small fix up at the electrical panel. They completely miss the first appointment without any notice. They arrived on time and complete the job quickly upon 2nd appointment, but forgot about the electrical panel (to be fair, we both did). Yet they did charge for full in the invoice, and when being asked, started implying that I was weaseling my way out of paying instead of working together with me to figure out where the disconnection came from. horrible experience. They used an unlicensed person to do the work at our house, left us in a dangerous situation with live wires and hidden junction boxes. Left open electrical in our toddlers bedroom. John the owner didnt even come to our house to inspect the work, just self passed the permit. We self reported to ESA to uncover all the issues. When he was sent back by ESA to fix the issues he tried to walk off with materials we had purchased.
John and his crew did an excellent job. I needed to upgrade my electrical panel and replace the ground wire. Cosmos was on time and very professional. From the start of the project, John made sure we knew exactly what the job entailed. He gave us an accurate estimate and the work was completed on time. The crew cleaned up before they left and everything was left orderly. Very trustworthy!
