Debbie and her associate went above and beyond for me yesterday. I called to put a product on hold as I was driving an hour to get there. It unfortunately was miscommunication and the wrong product put on hold. The product was not in stock except for in a combo pack. Debbie had allowed the associate to break up a pack so I could get just the shampoos out of it so that I didn’t drive down for nothing.
