Hands down THE BEST nail salon in Syracuse area. I see Mawi, she is always so thorough and her work never disappoints. Highly recommend.
I tried so many nail salons and finally found Cosmopolitan!! Jing jing is so talented and so sweet! I enjoy seeing her every 2-3 weeks for my dip mani!
