Location and hotel are great. Fun time. Be aware rooms are a bit worn and might not be up to nicer hotels. But clean and the atmosphere is awesome. Check in is a little odd as you have to call and someone will come meet you. But very friendly and helpful with great focus on giving great experience. I hope they can invest in the rooms a bit to help them. That is the weak part. Feel also they are missing opportunity for special events in the evening as more of a bed and breakfast set maybe.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever I contacted them over a week before my stay wanting to see if I can get a credit for a future stay as my significant other was in a major car accident and we can no longer go I am not asking for a refund simply a credit to use at a future date these people have no heart and no compassion for their customers they still have time to make their money for this room but simply will not allow me to cancel or give me a credit I will never give these people my money ever again.
Was a really cool place to walk around. It was free to walk in and check out some of the exhibits.
This is a hotel designed to take you back in history. So, no TV. There is AC and Wi-Fi, just like they had back in the 1800's though.
I was flying in late on a red-eye and saw that this was near the airport on the way back from a work trip. It was within the acceptable range of my hotel budget so I booked a room for the night (I had an early flight the next day). My flight arrived late at night and with all possible haste I went to the hotel to get some rest, only to find the entire place locked tight with no signs of life around.
