This is a hotel designed to take you back in history. So, no TV. There is AC and Wi-Fi, just like they had back in the 1800's though.

I was flying in late on a red-eye and saw that this was near the airport on the way back from a work trip. It was within the acceptable range of my hotel budget so I booked a room for the night (I had an early flight the next day). My flight arrived late at night and with all possible haste I went to the hotel to get some rest, only to find the entire place locked tight with no signs of life around. I held my wedding at the historic Cosmopolitan Hotel and restaurant in Old Town San Diego. It was truly a beautiful experience because this venue doubles down as a museum and restaurant they may not be a conventional wedding site, but the unique atmosphere made our day feel incredibly special. while I was initially concerned about parking and ended up being much easier than anticipated. the absolute highest of the event was the food I received endless compliments from Guess to raved about how delicious everything was althoug... read more
