We went to Cosmopolitan for our 2nd opinion and my son Harrison was sold! He loved all the fun things they do and of course the smoothie machine. I was sold because they seem to have all the latest technology for getting to straight teeth less complicated and faster! We felt very informed and felt I could ask any question!!

We took an entire day and went to 4 different orthos free consultation. Cosmopolitan ortho was the only place that said "let's wait". Every other place had a treatment that they wanted to start. The weird thing is they all had different ideas of what he needed. I like the fact that Cosmo wanted to wait, it says they are not just looking for money.
Had our first visit today for a consult. My daughter is a little hesitant about dentist in general but felt very comfortable here enjoyed her visit. We will be back for many more. Her little brother enjoyed going to

We had our first visit here with our daughter last week. If I'm being honest, I went in there, expecting to have a whole treatment/payment plan figured out, because of course they'd tell us that we need something ASAP, right? I was so thrilled to know that that is NOT the approach Cosmo Ortho takes, and we'll be back in 6 months to re-evaluate then.
