Cosmopolitan Orthodontics team was warm & welcoming from the moment I walked through the door! Dr. Bonvino explained each step of my treatment and all the Dental Assistants treated me super well too! I felt comfortable throughout my whole ortho treatment! My braces were removed a couple months ago, and I recently had my retainer check appt. I truly LOVE my smile! I highly recommend to everyone- adults and children! Thank you Dr. Bonvino and team!
We had our first visit with Cosmo today. It was AWESOME. My daughter was a bit apprehensive about getting braces- and as soon as she set foot in the door, her fears melted away. They treat you like family from the moment you come in. Everything was well explained- from why/how to financial/insurance. I would recommend to everyone! :) Thanks for being awesome, ladies! You can never get an apt at a decent time. Always had to take my high schooler out of school to go there. I wouldn’t recommend it. They are too busy.
Dr Bonvino was not good at communicating with us (patient and parent) Her Staff on the other hand are well trained in providing great customer service, especially the Ladies at the front desk who are very friendly and accomodating with scheduling.
I absolutely love these people.I was terrified as an adult to get braces and they made me feel so comfortable with everything.I am really going to miss my appts there when I am done.I would recommend this place to everyone that needs an ortho.
